The Cornerstone Schoolhouse
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
✦
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and Ripple Consulting and Development, operating under the brand name The Cornerstone Schoolhouse (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the website thecornerstoneschoolhouse.com (the “Site”), our free and paid digital products, and any related services we offer.
By accessing the Site, downloading any free resource, joining any waitlist, purchasing any paid product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://thecornerstoneschoolhouse.com/terms-of-use). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site or services.
✦
The Cornerstone Schoolhouse is a brand operated by Ripple Consulting and Development. We provide educational digital guides for parents and caregivers, focused on intentional home leadership, child development, nutrition, and family stewardship.
Our content is created by a practitioner with clinical training (DC, BSc Human Kinetics) and tested in a real home with young children. Our guides are educational resources, not medical, chiropractic, psychological, or other professional advice. See Section 9 for important disclaimers.
✦
To use our Site and purchase our products, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you are using our services on behalf of a household, family, or other group, you represent that you have the authority to bind that group to these Terms.
✦
You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, servers, or networks.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on our Site.
✦
When you download a free guide, join a waitlist, or purchase a paid product, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from us related to your interactions, including:
• Delivery of the free or paid resources you requested.
• Updates about waitlist status and upcoming guide launches.
• New resource announcements and educational content.
• Occasional offers and information about our products.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will honor unsubscribe requests within a reasonable time, typically within ten (10) business days.
Transactional emails (such as purchase receipts, product delivery, and account-related notices) are not promotional and may continue to be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
✦
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Waitlist members may be eligible for founding pricing or other promotional rates as communicated to them at the time of waitlist signup. Founding pricing is honored only when the waitlist member purchases during the designated founding window communicated in our launch emails.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide and that the payment information you submit is accurate and complete.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase receipt. A separate delivery email will be sent shortly after, containing a download link to access your digital guide(s).
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid email address and the technical means to download and view PDF files.
If you do not receive your delivery email within thirty (30) minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us at [email protected].
✦
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with what you receive.
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if:
• You did not receive your digital guide(s) due to a delivery error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• The digital file is corrupted, defective, or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Other circumstances that, in our sole discretion, warrant a refund.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of your purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds are NOT provided for:
• Change of mind after successful download or access.
• Failure to read or apply the content in the guide.
• Requests made more than seven (7) days after purchase.
• Bundles or collections where any included guide has been downloaded.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you would ordinarily have a statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) to withdraw from a digital purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, by completing your purchase and choosing to download or access your digital guide immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal. Once your purchase is complete and your digital guide has been made available to you, your purchase is final and not eligible for refund, except as provided in Section 7.1 above.
If you do NOT consent to the immediate commencement of delivery and wish to preserve your right of withdrawal, do not complete the purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss alternative arrangements.
✦
All content on the Site and in our digital guides — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, frameworks, language, methodology, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Ripple Consulting and Development or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“The Cornerstone Schoolhouse,” “Ripple Consulting and Development,” “The Practitioner,” and related logos and marks are trademarks of Ripple Consulting and Development, asserted under common law (™). These marks are not federally registered, and the registered trademark symbol (®) should not be used in connection with these marks unless and until federal registration is obtained. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, your purchase of a guide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user personal license to access and use the digital guide for your personal, non-commercial use within your own household only.
This license permits you to:
• Download and store your purchased guides on devices you personally own.
• Print physical copies for personal use within your household.
• Reference and apply the content in your own home with your own family.
Your single-user personal license does NOT permit you to do any of the following. You may NOT:
• Share, distribute, post online, email, forward, or transmit your purchased guides to any person outside your immediate household.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize any of our guides, content, frameworks, language, or methodology.
• Incorporate our frameworks, language, or methodology into your own coaching content, coaching programs, coaching sessions, or any client- facing offering.
• Republish, quote, paraphrase, summarize, or reference our content (in whole or in part) on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, or Substack).
• Reproduce or republish our content on blogs, podcasts, newsletters, books, courses, workshops, presentations, webinars, or any other public- facing format.
• Use our content, frameworks, language, or methodology to create derivative works, competing products, or your own business offerings.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, attribution, or proprietary markings on our content.
• Use our content for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior written consent.
The frameworks, language, and methodology contained in our guides represent significant clinical and creative investment. They are licensed to you for personal household use only. Any use beyond this scope — including but not limited to incorporating our material into your own coaching, social media presence, or business offerings — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and a violation of our intellectual property rights.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund, civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright and trademark law, and a demand for damages including all profits derived from unauthorized use, plus our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
✦
All digital guides, frameworks, methodologies, and content provided by The Cornerstone Schoolhouse are for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They do not constitute and are not intended to substitute for medical advice, chiropractic advice or treatment, psychological advice or treatment, nutritional counseling, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The practitioner who created these guides holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) credential and a BSc in Human Kinetics. However, the educational content shared in these guides is drawn from her personal experience as a parent and her clinical background — it is NOT provided in the capacity of a treating clinician, and it is NOT individualized to you, your child, or your family’s specific health circumstances.
Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or applying any guide from The Cornerstone Schoolhouse does NOT establish a doctor-patient relationship, a chiropractor-patient relationship, a practitioner-client relationship, a therapeutic relationship, or any other form of professional advisory relationship between you (or your child) and the practitioner, Ripple Consulting and Development, or The Cornerstone Schoolhouse.
Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider — including but not limited to your pediatrician, family physician, chiropractor, psychologist, registered dietitian, or other appropriate professional — before making decisions that could affect your health, your child’s health, your family’s wellbeing, or any other matter where professional guidance is appropriate. Do not delay seeking professional advice or disregard professional advice because of something you read in our guides.
The information in our guides reflects what has worked in one practitioner’s home with her own children. Every family, every child, and every situation is different. What works for us may not work for you. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether and how to apply our content to your own family’s circumstances, and for seeking professional guidance when appropriate.
While our frameworks are built upon clinical training and neurological and developmental principles, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the results, outcomes, or benefits you will achieve by reading, applying, or following the content in our guides.
Specifically, and without limitation, we do NOT guarantee:
• Any reduction in household stress, parental overwhelm, conflict, or chaos.
• Any specific changes in your child’s behavior, communication, development, sleep, eating, learning, or emotional regulation.
• Any specific improvements in family dynamics, household culture, parental confidence, or co-parenting alignment.
• Any specific health, nutritional, developmental, or behavioral outcomes for you or any member of your household.
Outcomes depend on many factors specific to your family — including your individual circumstances, your child’s unique developmental profile, the consistency of your application, your household environment, and many other variables outside our control.
The frameworks in our guides are educational starting points, not promises of specific results.
Our Site, free resources, and paid digital guides are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our content will meet your specific needs, that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
✦
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RIPPLE CONSULTING AND DEVELOPMENT, THE CORNERSTONE SCHOOLHOUSE, THE PRACTITIONER, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE, FREE RESOURCES, OR PAID GUIDES; (B) ANY CONTENT, FRAMEWORK, OR METHODOLOGY OBTAINED FROM OUR SITE OR GUIDES; (C) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE OR ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON OUR CONTENT; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, OUR SITE, OR ANY SPECIFIC GUIDE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC GUIDE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PAID $27 FOR A SPECIFIC GUIDE AND BRING A CLAIM RELATED TO THAT GUIDE, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR THAT CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $27.
If your claim relates to a free resource (rather than a paid product), our liability shall not exceed five U.S. Dollars ($5).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
✦
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ripple Consulting and Development, The Cornerstone Schoolhouse, the practitioner, and our officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of our Site, guides, frameworks, language, methodology, or content.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any decision you make or action you take based on our educational content.
✦
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site, services, or purchased content at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, our other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to access and use any purchased guides is revoked. You must immediately cease all use and destroy any copies of our content in your possession.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
✦
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on our Site. The “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated.
Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Site and services.
✦
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Site, our products, or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee. You and we both agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication. You agree to first contact us at [email protected] and provide a reasonable opportunity (not less than thirty (30) days) for us to address your concern before pursuing legal remedies.
You agree to bring any claim against us in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
✦
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Site and services, and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ripple Consulting and Development.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and us.
