• Name and email address when you sign up to download a free guide, join a waitlist, or purchase a paid product.

• Payment information when you purchase a paid digital guide. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

• Communications if you email us, reply to our messages, or contact us through any support channel, we retain those communications to help us respond and improve our service.


2.2 Information Collected Automatically


When you visit our Site or interact with our emails, we automatically collect certain technical information:

• Device and browser information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

• Usage data including pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referral sources.

• Email engagement data such as whether you opened an email, clicked links within it, or unsubscribed.

• To deliver our products and services. When you download a free guide or purchase a paid guide, we use your email to send you the content you requested.

• To send you marketing and informational emails. With your consent, we send you waitlist updates, new resource announcements, and educational content related to our offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• To process payments. Your payment information is shared with Stripe to complete your transaction.

• To respond to inquiries. We use your contact information to reply when you reach out to us.

• To improve our Site and services. We analyze usage data to understand what content is helpful and how we can serve you better.

• To deliver and measure advertising. We may use advertising pixels to show you relevant ads on third-party platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. You may opt out of this sharing as described in Section 8.1.

• To comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, under certain privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the use of advertising pixels and similar tracking technologies may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including: GoHighLevel, email automation and customer relationship management, Stripe, payment processing, and analytics providers. These services have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.

• Advertising partners. We may share certain device and usage information with advertising platforms such as Meta, Facebook and Instagram, for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising and measuring campaign performance. You may opt out of this sharing at any time as described in Section 8.1.

• Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

• Business transfers. If Ripple Consulting and Development is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Specifically:

• Email subscriber data is retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after unsubscribing to honor your opt-out and prevent re-enrollment.

• Purchase records are retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.

• Communications you send us are retained for as long as needed to provide support and reference past interactions.

You may request deletion of your information at any time. See Section 8 for your rights.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted connections, SSL/TLS, on our Site and forms, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on our systems.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8.1 California Residents, CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, CPRA. These rights include:

• Right to know. You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the

past twelve (12) months, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.

• Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.

• Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

• Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

• Right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, “Do Not Share.” We may share certain personal information, such as device identifiers and browsing activity, with advertising platforms like Meta for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising. Under the CPRA, this constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. You may direct us to limit our use and disclosure of any sensitive personal information we collect.

• Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, including the right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” Please specify which right you are exercising. We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority.

8.2 European Union and United Kingdom Residents GDPR


If you are located in the EU or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legal basis for processing your information includes your consent, for marketing emails, contract performance, for fulfilling purchases, and legitimate interests, for analytics and service improvement.

In addition to the rights listed in Section 8 above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have processed your personal information in violation of applicable law.

When we transfer personal information from the EU or UK to the United States, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as the legal mechanism to safeguard your information during transfer.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to adults, particularly parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed, including through Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU and UK as described in Section 8.2.
